Southwest Environmental are undertaking an <a href=\"http:\/\/www.southwest-environmental.co.uk\/permitting.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">environmental permit application<\/a> for a SR2010No12 permit (Treatment of waste to produce soil, soil substitutes and aggregate) .<\/p>\n<p>The application site is ideally situated and meet the criteria for a standard permit; <\/p>\n<p>\u2022 10 metres of any watercourse; <br \/>\u2022 50 metres from any spring or well, or from any borehole not used to supply water for domestic or food <br \/>production purposes; and <br \/>\u2022 50 metres from any well, spring or from any&nbsp; borehole used for the supply of water for human <br \/>consumption.&nbsp; This must include private water supplies. <br \/>\u2022 250metres within the presence of Great Crested Newts, where it is linked to the breeding ponds of the <br \/>newts by good habitat.;&nbsp; <br \/>\u2022 50 metres of a site that has relevant species or habitats protected under the Biodiversity Action Plan <br \/>that the Environment Agency considers at risk to this activity.;.&nbsp; <br \/>\u2022 50 metres of a National Nature Reserve (NNR), Local Nature Reserves(LNR), Local Wildlife&nbsp; <br \/>&nbsp; Site (LWS), Ancient woodland or Scheduled Ancient Monument.<\/p>\n<p>The application is under way, with fairly limited supporting documentation constituting and Environmental management System, and a Site Condition Report.<\/p>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/-YXJrupmbGV4\/U3MgeoNf0OI\/AAAAAAAAARc\/E1v9AFchRI4\/s1600\/permit_application_hereford.png\" style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" src=\"http:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/-YXJrupmbGV4\/U3MgeoNf0OI\/AAAAAAAAARc\/E1v9AFchRI4\/s1600\/permit_application_hereford.png\" height=\"256\" width=\"400\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Acting on instruction from a construction and demolition company based to the north of Hereford.
