{"id":39,"date":"2019-10-09T09:05:00","date_gmt":"2019-10-09T08:05:00","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2022-01-11T20:20:20","modified_gmt":"2022-01-11T20:20:20","slug":"surface-water-drainage-reporting-essex","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/southwest-environmental.co.uk\/blog\/2019\/10\/09\/surface-water-drainage-reporting-essex\/","title":{"rendered":"Surface Water Drainage Reporting &#8211; Essex"},"content":{"rendered":"<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Surface Water Drainage Reporting &#8211; Essex<\/h2>\n<p>Acting on instructions from a repeat client we have prepared a number of drainage reports and plans for a project in Thurrock , Essex.<\/p>\n<p>The work included a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.southwest-environmental.co.uk\/further%20info\/flood_risk\/ciria_697_BRE_365.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">BRE 365 Report<\/a>, A <a href=\"http:\/\/www.southwest-environmental.co.uk\/further%20info\/flood_risk\/surface_water_management_plans.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Surface Water Drainage Strategy<\/a> and a Detailed Drainage Plan.<\/p>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/southwest-environmental.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/drainage_report_london.png\" style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" data-original-height=\"724\" data-original-width=\"726\" height=\"319\" src=\"https:\/\/southwest-environmental.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/drainage_report_london-300x300.png\" width=\"320\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p>Surface water drainage requirements have become more and more onerous over the last few years, and you can expect a good deal of detail to be required at planning.<\/p>\n<p>We used falling head test results from borehole soak-away tests to derive a required soak-away size in accordance with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.southwest-environmental.co.uk\/further%20info\/flood_risk\/ciria_697_BRE_365.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">BRE 365<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>We were then able to work up a detailed drainage scheme, include attenuation volumes, and drainage layout, drainage details and invert \/ cover levels. <\/p><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Surface Water Drainage Reporting &#8211; Essex Acting on instructions from a repeat client we have prepared a number of drainage reports and plans for a project in Thurrock , Essex.
