To remain fully compliant with wildlife legislation, high-impact construction works and vegetation clearance will be strictly scheduled outside the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rspb.org.uk\/birds-and-wildlife\/birds-nests-and-nestboxes\">peak nesting season<\/a> (March to September)<\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"7,1,0,4\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"8\">Building a Greener Future<\/h3>\n<p id=\"p-rc_6f6f82c26bb5c0ec-194\" data-path-to-node=\"9\"><span data-path-to-node=\"9,0\">Beyond protecting what is already there, the project presents an excellent opportunity to deliver active biodiversity gains<\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"9,2\">.
