It consisted of a dwelling being built in a gap in a row of terraced houses. Instead of using the full available height to match the existing houses, the development makes use of a basement and a ground floor level only. Interior lighting was found to be excellent throughout with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.southwest-environmental.co.uk\/further%20info\/sustainability_consultants\/sunlight_daylight_assessment.html#ADF_Lighting_Requirements_for_New_Developments\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ADF<\/a> values exceeding guide minimum values by some margin.<\/p>\n<p>SWEL regulatory carry out Sunlight and Daylight Assessments across the Greater <a href=\"http:\/\/www.southwest-environmental.co.uk\/contacts.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">London<\/a> Area.
